Tip Tuesday - Faces Shapes Part 2

Let's move on to Part 2 of this Face Shape Series. You can read the first part of this series - here.

A round face shape may be the easiest to tell out of the face shapes. You will have a very lunar looking face that is full through the exterior and a rounded chin and hairline. Also look at the proportion of the length to the width. A round face will appear broader in the width than the length.

With a round face, this is the most common type of highlighting and contouring you may see done. You will want to darken the exterior of the face to make the width recede and lighten the center of the face to make it appear longer and advance.

I do feel the picture below may be a little over exaggerated with the contouring.  I don't know if you have to apply bronzer to the whole side of your face. I would suggest under the cheekbones, small amount on the temples, and then at the hairline.  Then take your favorite highlighter and apply to the center of your forehead and the center of your chin.

Stay tuned for Part 3 on the next make-up Tip Tuesday for another face shape.

* Just an FYI, the face drawing shown above was found on Pinterest (don't forget to follow us!). I do not know who the original creator was due to there being multiple links for the same drawing.
